The longer version:
Over the past fifteen years, I've made a living illustrating posters and prints, building brands, laying out websites, designing apps, writing articles, creating PowerPoint decks, facilitating workshops, throwing summer camps, starting (and ending) companies, and pretty much everything else in between. I've even been paid to make weird sounds with my mouth while five other guys sing. True story.
During this time, I've had the pleasure (mostly) to work with Fortune 500 companies, design agencies, marketing firms, non-profits, startups, entrepreneurs, and other creatives from across all industries. If there's one thing we all have in common, it's that we're all figuring this out as we go.
Currently, I'm a Principal Experience Design Consultant at Slalom, a member of One Too Many A Cappella, I write a weekly newsletter called Saturday Morning Cartoons, and I'm working on my first book called Fumbling Forward: Short Stories & Life Lessons From A Rather Unusual Career.
